Apartment F2 with view and direct sea access. 1 bedroom, equipped kitchen living room, bathroom wc There is a year-round caretaker, a private parking space in front of the residence, it is on the 4 th floor with elevator. Quiet place. Pavilion Bleu Keys put back on site. Open for rentals year-round. (sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided or extra charge upon request). Character apartment of 60m2 facing the sea, with veranda, beautiful view!!! My apartment is in the old Banyuls : Cap d 'Oune. It's a really charming neighborhood, with beautiful alleys. The apartment is very close to the beach, with access via a tunnel, without having to cross the road ! And it is close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakery, fishmonger, cellars, pharmacy, doctors...) and activities.
