Very nice apartment of 50 m2 completely renovated, functional, bright and comfortable. Complete and new appliances, air conditioning, new bedding, bathroom with walk-in shower, very functional kitchen. Wifi. Free parking. Nice sea view from the room. Ideal for a couple or family holiday, located in a quiet area in the historic center of Banyuls 230 m (3 minutes walk) from the beach and shops. The SNCF station is 450 m (6 minutes walk).

Character apartment of 60m2 facing the sea, with veranda, beautiful view!!! My apartment is in the old Banyuls : Cap d 'Oune. It's a really charming neighborhood, with beautiful alleys. The apartment is very close to the beach, with access via a tunnel, without having to cross the road ! And it is close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakery, fishmonger, cellars, pharmacy, doctors...) and activities.

Totally independent apartment with self check-in (lockbox) . Free parking. The apartment is on the heights of Banyuls sur mer, pretty beachfront village near the Spanish border and not far from Perpignan , the rental is located on the ground floor of the villa with an independent entrance!
