L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. Studio of 40 m2 completely renovated (2023), air-conditioned and very well equipped, facing south, very clear, with a magnificent view of the Sea, in a park of 14 hectares of pine forest fenced and guarded 24/24. The residence is equipped with a swimming pool of 25 m, 3 tennis, a private port, and access to a pebble beach. Numerous walks on the coastal path with a succession of coves, 20 minutes' walk from the center of Bandol (all shops and activities ), 5 minutes by car or shuttle.

Charming little flat in town center, "carré d'or de Bandol" ideal sector in Bandol. 2 minutes from a wonderfull beach and near all usefull places in Bandol. The flat comport 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed, a tiny kitchen with all equipments to cook, a separate bathroom with classic and rain shower. At the entrance of Cassis's harbour, with no other vis-à-vis than the lighthouse and the sea, with a splendid view of Cap Canaille and the bay of Cassis, l'Aiguade is an exceptional apartment. A charming little terrace where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner, or more simply to read or rest in the sun or in the shade, watching the cliff, the sea and the boats. Duplex apartment T3, 73 m2, comfortable, high standard, sea front with shaded terrace of 85 m2, facing the large beach of La Ciotat, secure private parking, in building classified "art-deco ", direct access to the common garden of 1000 m2, bowling. Very lively neighborhood in July and August: beach a few meters away, restaurants, bars, musical atmospheres. Not very recommended for people seeking isolation and absolute calm during these 2 months.
