Nice apartment facing the sea with balcony facing south in a secure residence with parking. Comfortable. 1st floor without elevator. Renovated one-bedroom apartment with a 140X190 double bed. Air conditioning, Wifi. "La Résidence" is located opposite the sandy beach of the Grand Vallat, with access to a private beach with a pergola. Ball court, ping pong table and deckchairs are available. Located less than 10 minutes walk to the city center and its shops.
