Antica casa dell' 800, luminosa e panoramica, affacciata sulla piana del Tevere tra Todi e Perugia, completamente ristrutturata, nel centro storico di Deruta, il paese dell’arte civile. E' indipendente, con doppio accesso dall’esterno e con giardino delimitato. Era in origine la limonaia e casetta del giardiniere della proprietà. Trasformata in un open space bello e accogliente, 3/5 posti letto offre un soggiorno comodo e confortevole a coppie o famiglie che vogliano visitare la verde Umbria.

Typical stone cottage

Large apartment on the mezzanine floor of an old farmhouse, rustic and cozy. You will have the entire property at your exclusive disposal. It is in a very quiet residential area, a stone's throw from the Passignano lakefront and main amenities. In the house you will find every comfort possible, we have also thought of the youngest guests and four furry friends. There are three comfortable bedrooms and in the living room a sofa bed for two. Super equipped kitchen!
