Private road adjoins 2,000 acres woodland walks/cycling. Great Location. Beautifully presented, bang-on-trend. Heavenly beds, sitting room to relax in, separate work space, Nespresso, tea etc. Hospitality fridge with daily complimentary milk, juice. Netflix. Mezzanine sleeping deck for teenager. Not suitable for children under 12 yrs.

Cozy and warm in winter, gloriously sunny in summer! There are fabulous walks on the doorstep and it is perfect for exploring 1066 country with Hastings, Battle and Rye just a few miles away. Great local pubs, lovely villages, beautiful beaches and lots to do and see. TV, WiFi, Alexa and parking. Dogs are very welcome.

Stella Bluetique Hotel, campfire, views, organic.

The Stella Bluetique Hotel, (aka the chalet/Adorable Hideaway) is situated in the generally quiet farmyard of a thirty acre organic smallholding, a mile from Bodiam Castle. People said I would never find a place like this in South East England and I’d have to go at least to Devon, but here we are, at the farm that forgot the time. To come and go, you don’t have to go past my home or into my garden, I think people find the hideaway quite adequately private.

The house enjoys glorious views surrounded by open countryside and has a happy atmosphere. It looks onto fields, a lake and beyond these the north downs. There is easy and convenient parking, with many interesting places a short drive away: Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Chartwell and Groombridge Place plus Lingfield Racecourse. The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.
