After a transfer with our vehicle from our store at Parc de la Bouzaise, Allée du Docteur Bouley, in Beaune, to the starting point, we will give a briefing on the use of bikes and the course of the day. Our tour in the climate of the Côte de Beaune is focused on discovering the land and wine. You will cycle through the world's most prestigious vineyards and admire authentic and traditional landscapes, shaped by man for centuries. Between castles, estates and vineyards, this walk is reviewed and animated by your guide, a cycling and wine professional. Our goal is to make you discover our region through these landscapes but also to give you a better approach to the classification of Burgundy climates. Each vineyard in France is different, but ours is very specific and above all unique ! You can buy wine and have it delivered to you. From the Parc de la Bouzaise in Beaune, we will get on our bikes for a short 3-hour ride in the Côte de Beaune vineyard. After a short briefing to explain how we use the bikes, we wil ride together in the vineyards of Beaune, Pommard and Volnay. We will do several small stops in the vineyard to introduce you to the Burgundy vineyard, its secrets, its classification and its notion of terroir. We will then visit a winegrower who will show us around his cellars and we will taste his wines.

Dans les caves voûtées d'un manoir du XIIIeme siècle, vous apprendrez à déguster un vin, à le comprendre pour mieux ensuite choisir vos bouteilles et les accorder aux plats. Vins de notre région Bourguignone mais aussi de val de Loire voisin, pendant 1h30 vous entrerez au coeur des vins pour finir par un test accords mets et vins. Le créneau du soir est un peu différent. Au cours d'un dîner le sommelier vous fera entrer dans le monde mystérieux de l'accord met et vin. Trois plats trois vins ou trois vins trois plats !

During the 90 minutes class you will learn about the 5 Sub Regions composing Burgundy, The Nowadays and Past Classifications, the importance of the AOC, notions of terroir, climat, soils, subsoils, vintages. You will taste 6 Burgundy wines from the most simple to the most complex, from various producers, vintages, villages, from Regional to Grand Cru. Notre Musée de la Vigne et du Vin est le fruit de notre passion pour la vie de campagne du début XXe Siècle. Vous pourrez découvrir plus de 2000 outils de nos métiers manuels d’autrefois, du menuisier au forgeron en passant par le tonnelier sans oublier, bien sûr, le vigneron. A la suite de la visite libre du musée, nous vous guiderons dans le chai pour vous expliquer le travail d’Aujourd’hui. Aussi appelé « Partie Moderne » les cuves en inox et autres matériels permettent de mieux comprendre et vivre le travail du vigneron : faire de la vigne une bouteille. Nous proposons une découverte de nos vins sous forme de dégustation dans une cave voûtée du XVIIIe siècle. Bien entendu, les enfants ne sont pas oubliés, nous proposons du jus de fruits. Au milieu des Hautes Côtes de Beaune et des Maranges, Felix vous fait découvrir 6 vins parmi ses domaines préférés accompagnés de grignotis pour sublimer la saveurs des crus dégustés. Circuit très court garanti puisque tous les vins proposés en dégustation sont produits à moins de 20km d'ici (et ils sont pour la plupart vinifiés directement dans notre petit village et bio dès que possible). Felix accompagne chaque découverte oenologique d'une explication détaillée du domaine, du type de cépage, des caractéristiques du vin... en bref toutes les clés pour comprendre le terroir de Bourgogne et découvrir différents vignerons en seul lieu.

Wine and cheese tasting workshop in the heart of the Burgundy vineyard. Four local wines and four local cheeses will be tasted for a one hour lesson.
