Downtown San Diego, Gaslamp, Little Italy, Convention Center, Petco Park, Balboa Park, multiple beaches, San Diego Zoo, etc are all an easy 10-15 min. drive away! Quick 10 minute Uber Ride to downtown Gaslamp nightlife, the Zoo, Petco Park, etc. Take your pick of numerous gleaming beaches a quick, straight 15-20 minute ride away. Trolley Stop Close (5 min drive), Bus stop at end of street. Immediate freeway access. Near literally everything. Kensington rocks! Central to ALL- 10 min. to Downtown, convention center, Gaslamp, airport, Beaches (20 minutes) REALLY close to SDSU (10 min. max), 20 min from University of San Diego. My place is close to the beach, Temecula wine country, and outdoor activities. You’ll love my place because of the serenity, the lush greenery, the privacy, and the amenities. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Due to COVID -19, I have arranged my calendar to allow 24 hours between guests. I also have purchased a ozone machine, which I run between stays. All hard surfaces are wiped down with 70% alcohol, floors steamed cleaned. All Linens washed with bleach.
