Large and well-kept garden with barbecue, and large portico where you can have lunch admiring the spectacular view of Mount Titano and the valley surrounding it. From the porch there is access to the living room, which offers all the comforts, with sofa bed, to the right of the living room is located the equipped kitchen. Also from the room there is access to a corridor that houses two double bedrooms,a single bedroom and bathroom.

Il comprensorio anche per escursioni in mtb. L'appartamento rustico con pavimenti in mattoni antichi e muri in pietra è stato da poco ristrutturato ed offre tutti i confort aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomo.
