Spacious studio with freshly renovated and furnished sea view, with very comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, heat pump, independent heating, espresso machine, moka,washing machine, kettle. It has a small terrace with a wooden table for eating at the sea. Located in Rimini Bellariva on the seafront with beautiful breathtaking view ( 5 floor with elevator) , in front of bathroom 86. Served by trolleybuses 10 and 11 (stop 21 just a few meters from the apartment, it connects the train station with the Rimini and Riccione coastline) and the metro (about 200, a new surface metro). During exhibition periods, dedicated shuttles are available for transportation to the fairgrounds and return. Just cross the road and you will find Sea Park, the beach and the best restaurants all within walking distance. The living-room terra e ( furnished with a table for 6 ) overlooks the sea and the New Kennedy Square. 10 min walkie-in through Cervi Park to’ arriverà in Rimini’s historical centre with it’s most famous monuments. It is a 5 min bus ride from train station

Modern and fresh apartment in Viserba di Rimini, totally renovated in 2016. It can accommodate up to six guests: it has a double bedroom, one with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Kitchenette separated from the living area. 80 metres from the beach and 3 km from Marina centro. Bus service every ten minutes a short walk from home. 2 km from Rimini fair. Ideal for a family vacation by the sea or for a work stay at the fair. We look forward to seeing you!

New Apt Smart sea view

The Smart apartment is located in a central position on the street parallel to the boardwalk, just 30 meters from the beach. Ideal for families with older children. Not recommended for small or older children or those who have difficulty making stairs. Okay even for quiet guys, no party. All around there are pubs, restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets opened late-night.
