A 3-hour walking tour around Catania's fish market and alleyways. During the walk, we will take you to our favorite street stalls and family-run deli shops to sample the best daily selection of local street food such as the Arancino, the Cipollina, some challenging samples, and much more :) We offer our foodies only seasonal and traditional foods, no touristy stuff! Walking along the paths Europe's largest volcano, you'll admire the impressive volcanic structure with its typical flora and fauna. We will cross Deserts of black sand, Woods, Ancient and Recent Lava Flows and Old Craters in order to admire the fascinating VALLE DEL BOVE. We will also enter lava tubes, created during the volcano's eruptions, equipped with a helmet and flashlights. It'll be fascinating to descover not only their creation but also the secrets they so jelously conceal in their darkness. We will embark from the beach for do a grand tour of the beautiful coast of Taormina, exploring grottos, bays and natural land formations. For example we will enter to the famous "Isola Bella" An UNESCO heritage site that has charmed visitors since prehistoric times. Along our tour we will stop to have a swim around one of the best bays, and you will have the option to use my snorkeling equipment, to explore whats under the sea! Other things to note: If the weather conditions don't allow us to go out in the boat, I will let you know ahead of time, and you will be 100% reimbursed for the tour that we had planned. During the Snorkeling activity, there may be the presence of Stinging Jellyfish.

**Mainly for beginners** We meet at the Diving Center at 9.00 am, and we start by introducing ourselves, registering and we fill out the forms needed. You will given the necessary equipment for your diving test, and we will have an accurate breafing of the equipment and what we will do in the water. As soon as we are ready, we will jump into the blue of Catania and discover the wonders of the Ionian sea, among lava flows, submerged caves and biodiversity! Once out of the water we will do a debriefing. We will have a snack and photo of this amazing experience! Other things to note This type of activity is not recommended for pregnant women. Minors must be accompanied by their parents.

We'll organize excursions on Etna, the most active and highest volcano in Europe. The tour includes: pick-up with my Minivan at 8.30 am from Catania center to strategic points such as Central Station, Piazza Alcalà, Piazza Stesicoro, Piazza Borgo. We'll visit a lava flow cave with helmets and torches. We'll do a hiking of 3 h, crossing volcanic desert environments, craters, Valle del Bove and the different mountain colors. The hike is about 5-6 km from 1800 meters above sea level to 2300/2400 meters. Lunch is packed ,but along the drive up we'll stop in Trecastagni ( a Etna Village) where could we buy sandwiches with typical Sicilian dishes like caponata and parmigiana. We'll drop off to Catania around 3.30pm.

Meeting at our Info Point Ashàra located at Piazzale Rifugio Sapienza (Etna South) and after equipment check before departure and a briefing, our adventure will begin: a spectacular trek to the top of Etna By cable car and bus 4x4 we will reach about 2800 m asl, and from here in about 2 hours of walking through lava flows and lunar-looking environments, we will reach the Etna Summit Craters. Here we will walk on the spectacular rim of the Central Crater, we will face the vertiginous Northeast Crater and we will see at our side the famous Southeast Crater, the scene of the most recent and impressive eruptions. In addition to the vastness of the summit craters, you will admire a unique volcanic environment, with gas emissions, volcanic bombs, and the sparkling colors of the ground due to the sublimation of various elements, including sulfur in particular. During the descent we will visit the Barbagallo craters and cross a lava flow channel. Once again reached 2500 m asl with the help of the Etna cable car we will return to the starting point. This experience is dedicated to private groups (couples, individuals, families) or very small groups of up to 4 people! I will take you, through the seasons, to discover the multifaceted aspect of the volcano and to know its stories. We will do this by walking, reconnecting with nature. We will observe volcanic rocks and ancient eruptive cones, or reaching some observation points during the eruptive phases. I will lead you on itineraries in and out of the dense network of paths. Each time it will be different, trying to deepen one of the aspects of the volcano. I will accompany and involve you while giving you suggestions on how to "guide you". I will be pleased to offer you some activities along the way to improve some hiking skills, for example you can try your hand at reading a topographic map and how to use a compass, experiment with the use and understand the functioning of trekking poles. From the beach, we will partake on a relaxing tour of the beautiful Taormina coast, we will visit all bays and caves and watch the sunset over Mount Etna (Europe's largest active volcano). You will be free to jump off the boat and swim in the Mediterranean Sea as well. Depending on the sea conditions there is the opportunity( If we are lucky) to admire the Dolphins. This sunset excursion is accompanied by fresh aperitif drinks and snacks made with our local Sicilian products. Excursion on Mount Etna by jeep and trekking to visit craters, caves and the last eruption of 2002 up to the authorized quotas based on volcanic activity. We start from the Hotel if located in the town of Zafferana etnea or from our meeting point with comfortable 4×4 jeep o minivan , in a north-easterly direction, after a couple of km we will stop inside the National Park accessible by authorized guide, because there are about 45 craters. After a walk of about 40 minutes we will visit 5 craters, one of which is still open and you can see the real size of a crater. In this area we will observe all types of lava, minerals, volcanic desert and pioneer plants of our volcano. After visiting the craters at altitude, with our jeep we will make 2 km of off-road vehicles to discover the last big eruption,that destroyed the old tourist center. Finally with helmets and lamps provided by us we will visit the small craters inside (cave) an expansion chamber and a fracture, which divides Etna into 2 parts, (moves 14 millimeters a year) The visit will be carried out in areas of volcanological and scientific interest ,with an expert and qualified guide. We'll discover the unique nature and the geology of the Mt. Etna visiting the volcano up to the extinct craters at 2000 meters. On board of our vehicle scenic driving from the beach level up to the extinct craters, following an itinerary off the beaten road, with the visit of the most important point of interest along the way up. We will complete our experince with a guided and easy trekking around the extinct craters, to understand this human friendly volcano, enjoying an almost lunar landscape. Let me open the old gate of our historic family mill, a museum of local rural tradition. It's one of the stories of Sant'Ambrogio, a small village, where you will admire enchanting cliffs over the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Rocca di Cefalù and take great photos of the green and blue nuances. I'll be happy to share my little world with you, where I relive childhood memories through the stories of my father's family. The experience in our mill will allow you to learn about the Sicilian olive heritage, based on a thousand-year history of olive trees, of numerous varieties of cultivation that give a strong identity to the territory and the oil obtained. Some photo trails document the collection of olives in the low Madonie mountains, the activity in our mill till 1990, and the vegetation stages of the plants throughout the year. After your visit, you will be guided on a sensory tasting tour of three Sicilian extra virgin olive oils to discover their peculiarities. Once out of the fair you will taste a piece of our typical Sicilian Street Food (Arancino, cipollina, pizza, cartocciata or bolognese). We will embark from the beach for do a grand tour of the beautiful coast of Taormina, exploring grottos, bays and natural land formations. For example we will enter to the famous "Isola Bella" An UNESCO heritage site that has charmed visitors since prehistoric times. Along our tour we will stop to have a swim around one of the best bays, and you will have the option to use my snorkeling equipment, to explore whats under the sea! Other things to note: If the weather conditions don't allow us to go out in the boat, I will let you know ahead of time, and you will be 100% reimbursed for the tour that we had planned. During the Snorkeling activity, there may be the presence of Stinging Jellyfish.

Meetings will take place at the SUNSETS OF CASA GRAZIELLA, with a breathtaking view, the desire to mix increases. It will take about two hours and we will enjoy (weather permitting) the result of our work. Welcoming is my passion, I do everything to make sure guests feel welcomed and accepted. After preparing our pasta, we will sit at the table to taste its flavor while admiring a splendid panoramic view of the ocean. **Mainly for beginners** We meet at the Diving Center at 9.00 am, and we start by introducing ourselves, registering and we fill out the forms needed. You will given the necessary equipment for your diving test, and we will have an accurate breafing of the equipment and what we will do in the water. As soon as we are ready, we will jump into the blue of Catania and discover the wonders of the Ionian sea, among lava flows, submerged caves and biodiversity! Once out of the water we will do a debriefing. We will have a snack and photo of this amazing experience! Other things to note This type of activity is not recommended for pregnant women. Minors must be accompanied by their parents.

We'll organize excursions on Etna, the most active and highest volcano in Europe. The tour includes: pick-up with my Minivan at 8.30 am from Catania center to strategic points such as Central Station, Piazza Alcalà, Piazza Stesicoro, Piazza Borgo. We'll visit a lava flow cave with helmets and torches. We'll do a hiking of 3 h, crossing volcanic desert environments, craters, Valle del Bove and the different mountain colors. The hike is about 5-6 km from 1800 meters above sea level to 2300/2400 meters. Lunch is packed ,but along the drive up we'll stop in Trecastagni ( a Etna Village) where could we buy sandwiches with typical Sicilian dishes like caponata and parmigiana. We'll drop off to Catania around 3.30pm.
