This home was designed with love! Inspired by our favorite boutique hotels - nestled on a tree-lined street in Logan Square, a locals-only destination for brunch, coffee, craft beer and cocktails. Relax in the massive custom steam shower or catch up on HBO on the 50” WiFi TV. Luxe details throughout -premium espresso, memory foam beds and upgraded linens, fully-equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have private baths, lots of outlets and huge walk-in closets. Easy parking! Central location- Quick walk to Blue Line Train (DIRECT to ORD) - 10 / 15 min to anywhere- Loop, Wicker Park, Lincoln Park! We have tried to attend to every detail- I love boutique hotels and I wanted our Airbnb to reflect that experience. This is a two-bedroom, two-bath private apartment and the garden level of our historic greystone, a classic Chicago property type. The space was newly renovated for friends and family - a luxurious city getaway surrounded by our favorite restaurants. It is warm and cozy with in-floor heat. Truly easy street parking, a rarity in the city. Five minute walk to train at Logan Square Blue Line (20 min direct connection to O’Hare Airport/ORD) and around the corner from top-rated restaurants-blocks to Fat Rice, Longman & Eagle, and Lula, all Michelin rated. Don’t miss brunch at Jam, pozole at Quiote and tiki drinks at Lost Lake, ranked one of the fifty best bars in the world- all walkable. The master has a king-size memory foam bed, individual reading lights with dimmers, and an ensuite bath with massive walk-in steam / rain shower. Second bedroom has a cozy memory foam double bed, private ensuite bath with new oil-rubbed bronze fixtures and cast iron Kohler tub. Both beds have premium 100% cotton linens, black out shades, nightstands with convenient outlets, and walk-in closets -- plenty of room for luggage. Our brand new kitchen has lots of bells and whistles -a Bosch convection oven, garbage disposal, ice maker, filtered water built into the sink and pantry with starter items for cooking. We offer unlimited Nespresso and a french press with whole bean Intelligentsia, our favorite local coffee. Enjoy a night in with our 50" 4K WiFi TV - HBO, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Spotify Premium are logged in and ready to go. Private entrance. Lots of extras while preserving the character of a classic Chicago home. You're welcome to enjoy the backyard (we have great neighbors). Trash / recycling through gate behind yard. I'm a real estate agent and easy to reach, but otherwise, the home is yours to enjoy! Diner’s paradise! Four blocks to Blue Line- This cozy garden retreat is a half block to the neighborhood’s famous Logan Boulevard, lined with park space and historic mansions. Steps to independent coffee shops, brunch and the city’s best cocktails. Walk to tropical drinks at Lost Lake, Michelin rated gastropub Longman and Eagle, fresh pasta at Daisies and local favorite Lula. You’re also an easy eight minute walk to the Logan Square Blue Line. Easy / free street parking. Logan Square is extremely central. We are a four block walk to Blue Line Train (which connects directly to ORD/O’Hare Airport!) and joins all trains with a 15 minute ride South toward the Loop. The Blue Line runs underground and does not share tracks- it is by far the fastest city train line. This neighborhood is particularly easy for cabs as you are only 2 minutes from the 90/94 Expressway: - 10 minutes to Wicker Park - 10 minutes to Lincoln Park - 8 min to West Loop/Fulton Market -15/20 min to Magnificent Mile/Wrigley This is the garden (ground) level of a two-flat- You will hear occasional footsteps above but residents are respectful and polite- they are two professional women and not early risers! Based on my personal spent time in the unit, this will not impact your experience in a significant way. Although we have honored historic details wherever possible, this is a brand new apartment with great insulation. We offer a white noise machine just in case. Ceilings are over 7 ft and while not soaring, tall guests have been comfortable. The unit has radiant in-floor heating (no cold feet!) controlled in your unit with a traditional thermostat. Because it is an English garden and partially below grade, the temperature is very stable. We have window air conditioners for summer.

Step into a soothing space in this inviting guest apartment. The space features an open-concept living area and kitchen, a repointed brick masonry wall, contrasting dark surfaces and stark whites, bright wood flooring, and eclectic furnishings. Conveniently located near public transportation, beautiful beaches, boutique shops of edgewater/ Andersonville, great restaurants and Loyola University! Enjoy the elements of a luxury hotel but the feel of a home away from home. The entire suite is all to yourself. It feels like a single family home since you have no one above or below you. We have a lovely front porch with chairs to sit outside and watch the world go by as well as a nice front yard which you are welcome to bring chairs down to and enjoy! We are likely to run into each other as we enter and exit our house but besides that we can be as available as you need! We are right next door so if there are any needs we are easy to reach by phone, text or a quick knock on the door. We do have two friendly golden retrievers that frequent the front yard. Please reach out in advance if you have any allergies/issues with dogs. The neighborhood is lively, safe, family-friendly, and beautiful. People around here take great pride in their homes with beautiful landscaping all over. It is a diverse area and a great place to explore on foot. The easiest way to get here from the airport is uber/rideshare/taxi. It is usually about 35-45 minute by car. However you could also take the CTA blue line downtown and catch a red line to get up to our home. For reference it is 35 minute by train and 15 minute by car from Michigan Avenue/Water Tower place. If you chose to drive here/have a car there is a lot of parking in the area on the street. We are located .2 miles (4 minute walk) from the Granville train (red line), 15 minutes to two beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan and have plenty of boutique shops, restaurants, antique stores and neighborhood cafe's/coffee shops in within a few block radius. There is no parking included in the stay but the streets around us have plenty of non-permit parking available. Please note Granville is free and no permit required as well as on Lakewood and Hood south of Granville. North of Granville is permit required from 4PM-8AM so make sure to look for permit signs. Visiting Loyola? We are a 10 minute walk from campus! Looking to head to the hip neighborhood of Andersonville? It’s a 25 minute walk/ 1 mile south filled with great nightlife, restaurants and shopping (both budget friendly and high-end)! We are happy to share all our favorite spots to shop and eat around the neighborhood and the city! We live in the house attached with our 2 golden retrievers so please be aware that they will be nearby. They are very friendly! Nearby convenience & grocery stores: - Target: .4 mi/ 9 minute walk - Whole Foods: .3 mi/ 8 minute walk - Aldi: .1 mi/ 4 minute walk - CVS: .1 mi/ 3 minute walk We look forward to hosting you!

We are located in the heart of East Lakeview, just half a block from Lake Michigan and Lincoln Park, and blocks away from Wrigley Field and Boystown. Entire home I like in-person check-in but full privacy is offered You will receive a link with detailed instructions within 24 hours of your check-in. If you have a U.S. mobile number, you will also receive a text message FULL DISCLOSURE: If you haven't used a lockbox (or don't know how to), self-check-in isn't for you. Your check-in should be in person. Lakeview is home to two of the most vibrant sports, nightlife, and theater scenes in Chicago: Wrigleyville and Boystown. Explore souvenir shops and casual eateries by day, and hop from bar to bar along Clark, Addison, and Sheffield Avenues by night. You walk to Treasure Island (half block), Jewel Osco (2 minutes), Whole Foods (4 minutes), Lakeview Athletic Club (4 minutes), XSports Fitness (5 minutes), Walgreens (3 blocks), bars and restaurants aound the corner. Close to multiple buses on Lake Shore Drive. Grab a bus to downtown in 15 minutes You will have to climb one flight of stairs for all bedrooms Street parking is free on the east side of Broadway. Our triplex includes 3 Levels, 2 Living Rooms, 2 Fireplaces and a private outdoor space. Our triplex has been outfitted Smart Home capabilities which are available for all guest to utilize while staying with us. - Nest Thermostat - Great Wifi Reception Throughout the House - Smart TV's (YouTubeTV, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, ) - Multiple Sonos Speakers Throughout The Home If you need access to parking, we have you covered! There is one dedicated parking spot behind our unit and street parking passes are available at no charge. You will have access to the interior of the house and the patio which is accessible from our lower floor. The stairs attached to the back of our unit are private and reserved for our neighbors who live above us. My wife and I absolutely love our area and want to make sure you have a fantastic time while staying at our place. As our previous guests can attest, we love providing recommendations and making sure everything you could possibly need is taken care of. The house is close to Wrigley Field, shopping (boutiques and mainstream retailers), bars, restaurants, and parks for the kids to play in. Our place is only a 45 second walk to the Southport Brown line L stop. This will take you almost anywhere you'd like... Lincoln Park, downtown Chicago, River North etc. Additionally you'll find that our neighborhood is extremely walkable with great restaurants and bars up and down Southport Avenue (just outside our door).

You will only have access to your room, which is comparable to a short term stay hotel room, but way cooler. send a text or message me and I'll respond as soon as I can The Pilsen neighborhood got voted one of the 12 coolest neighborhoods in the world in 2018, according to Forbes magazine. There’s venues, studios, and bars booming with more culture all only blocks away. Uber / Lyft is a great way to get anywhere quick - usually a 15 min ride to downtown. Public transit options are the CTA El Train (Pink Line 18th stop is 0.7 mile walk from our house) or CTA Bus (18th & Racine stop is a block away). Once you’re at the transit stop both options take about a 20 - 30 minute to downtown. There are other bus lines nearby that take you other places (i.e. McCormick Place) - feel free to ask us for help when you arrive. Street parking is free in certain areas for those who are driving. Please message us and we’ll direct you where to park. We are a 20 minute cab ride from Midway International Airport and 40 minutes from O'Hare without heavy traffic, double these estimates if traffic is heavy (rush hour, accidents, etc).
