This impressive property was recently renovated, offering a brand-new interior throughout. The open floor plan features a large and inviting living space with new wood laminate flooring. Beautiful quartz countertops and new cabinets complete the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need to cook while you’re on vacation. From stainless steel appliances (oven, microwave, toaster, etc.) to brand new dishes, silverware, and cookware, you’ll feel right at home in your vacation kitchen. We invite you to help yourself to anything in the pantry or fridge, including plenty of condiments, coffee, and tea. The two main bathrooms have been expanded to include double vanities so you have plenty of space to get ready. The powder room has fun mosaic tile and is conveniently located right inside the door from the pool for easy access when you’re enjoying the backyard. All bathrooms are stocked with towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer so you have everything you need within reach. This house has all new furniture, including a brand new sofa sectional sleeper sofa, comfortable brand new tuft and needle mattresses in all 4 bedrooms, and smart TVs. The accommodations are totally private with no shared walls or common entries/living areas, or other properties on the lot. Enjoy the large backyard with unique drought resistant landscaping. Relax in the shade of an avocado tree. Walk to endless dining and shopping options in the heart of Sunset Junction and Virgil Village or dine outside on the private patio. Totally renovated and remodeled, our perfect Silver Lake bungalow retains lots of it's original 1922 charm. It has an open floor plan with wood flooring, recessed LED lighting, and Central AC/heating throughout. The full kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances. GE gas range with oven and broiler. Microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Plenty of counter space to prep your favorite meal. The bathroom is super swank with a large free standing tub and waterfall shower. Luxury. Please note the bathtub is VERY big. If you have any sort of mobility issue, message us before booking. The living/dining area has been decorated with a nod to mid-century California bungalow design. It has a wall mounted Sony flat screen TV, Bose stereo, and 5G WIFI to stream the AppleTV. It's a great space to lounge and enjoy meals and entertainment. The spacious master bedroom has an Organic King mattress and a 4 door walk-in closet with floor to ceiling mirrors. It gets lots of light during the day and has a blackout curtain over the headboard for when you need extra sleep. The 2nd bedroom is smaller than the master, but has plenty of space for a comfortable queen sized bed. It has a desk (for when it is time to get down to work). It's also appointed with a walk-in closet. The big backyard has both an avocado and orange tree. It is landscaped with native, drought resistant plants. With a lighted outdoor dining area, it's the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor meal and drink, or just lounge in the California sun. You have access to the entire home. Including the driveway, front porch and back yard. Please note that the driveway is narrow, so only sedans and compact SUVs will fit. Send a text or message via the site for a quick response. The house is right in the middle of the Sunset Junction and Virgil Village neighborhoods of Silver Lake. It is one of the most vibrant, diverse and walkable locations in all of Los Angeles. For people who travel without cars, the Redline Metro stop is a short 5-10 minute walk from the property. It boasts quick access to Griffith Park, Hollywood, bars and nightlife, as well as countless dining and shopping options. There is close, convenient access to the Metro Red Line subway. You will be just a short ride to Hollywood Proper, Downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica Beach and the entire city of Los Angeles. Sitting at 9,200 ft, you will need a 4WD and Winter driving experience in the winter due to snow-packed roads. We are 40 mins from the closest grocery store. Make sure you get all your food and supplies prior to coming up. The closest market is city market in the Town of Eagle. Also from Oct-May you will want to have a AWD or 4WD vehicle. With the uncertainty of colorado weather in high coutry you want to be prepared for anything. We do keep all the roads plowed when needed. Charming Revitalized 1920s Country Style Home

Venture back in time in this tastefully appointed historical residence. First floor apartment is a quaint abode showcasing boutique furnishings and decor, contrasting textures and motifs, arched doorways, a covered front porch, and a walkout to the backyard. We are 20 minutes away from Legoland, also located near Wallkill, and an easy drive to Warwick and Patterson. Our home is eclectic and unique, placed in the historic district of pine bush. This home provides up to date appliances and cozy furnishings while still holding onto that good ol’ 1920’s feel. Plenty of room for dining in and an easy ride or walk to great food. This home is bright and cheery yet provides privacy and warmth. The entire first floor is your domain. With a private entrance and easy parking. The locked doors you will encounter is for your privacy. There are permanent renters above you, however they have their own entrance and are completely separate. Trust us you won’t need more space than what’s provided, very roomy with a closet in each room, as well as in the dining area. Up until your check in we are available to you through Airbnb with any questions or concerns you might have. After check in most vacationers prefer to hit the ground running and begin enjoying their stay, however for little bumps in the road a number will be provided in order to continue taking care of you. The property boasts easy access to hikes, Wallkill Farms, wineries, Legoland and is walking distance from multiple restaurants, antique shops, and more. We recommend renting a car. While this home is walking distance to restaurants and downtown pine bush the beautiful rural scenery means a little distance of 10-20 minutes of driving between wineries and hikes and other enjoyable activities. We want our guests to enjoy their time to the fullest, and know that we care about their stay. Which is why we like to make clear our home runs on city water. There is an initial aroma from the faucet, however it doesn’t last long and adjustments to that are in the process. We of course offer you filtered water for you and your family. This home is multiple stories which adds to its beautiful character. You and your family will be occupying the entire first floor. The upper level has permanent renters, however they have a separate entrance and are quiet, as well as accommodating.

Wake up after a night between all-cotton high-thread-count sheets to a cherry-tree view. Cook in a gourmet kitchen with dark-marble countertops. Come evening, stoke up the wood-burning fireplace and curl up with a cup of Keurig by the Smart TV. Warm, relaxed home great for hanging out, cooking, spending time in front of the fireplace, or doing a bit of work. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with tubs, good lighting (one has a skylight) and spa towels and bath products. Coffee and tea included - brand new Keurig coffee maker with all you'll need for a great cup. In unit washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Guests will have access to the entire unit along with the convenient reserved off-street pull-in parking spot. I am available to help with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations and to take care of anything that might go wrong. Quick response via text and phone and additional co-hosts are ready to help when I'm not available. The Mount Pleasant neighborhood is quiet, diverse, and close to The White House, along with the metro, restaurants, and shops. Its location bordering the National Zoo and Rock Creek Park makes it attractive to both families and outdoor enthusiasts. The house is two blocks from the Metro, one block from 16th Street and it’s buses and Uber and Lyft have very fast pick-up response and inexpensive fares. One can also walk to the Zoo, park, restaurants and shopping. Driving is also made easy with a reserved off-street parking spot.

Nestled on 16 acres w/ oak trees and a 25 acre spring-fed lake, the Barn is decorated just like it was on the show (we did add a 2-story 800 sq ft deck).
