Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. Dejligt sommerhus i første række med fri udsigt over kattegat og danmarks flotteste solnedgang direkte fra terassen. Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.
