A small house in a country village in the vicinity of 411 battery. To the sea (Kovalevsky's Dacha) 1.5 km through a shady oak grove. The total area of the house is about 22 m2, the rooms are about 14 m2. Ceilings are about 2 meters high. Toilet with shower and electric boiler. Closed courtyard with space for a car. The house and yard near it after cosmetic renovation. Land with roses and other flowers. Quiet, almost rural life. The house and yard are preferably non-smoking. Dogs and/or cats are undesirable.

HOUSE SEAVIEW

The house is on the shore of the black sea , literally to leave the territory and will descend on stairs (10 steps ) . Behind it is a sandy big beach !! The city center is a 40-minute drive (15-minute drive in the evening). There are neighbors only on weekends , but their windows do not open to the territory of the house and the surrounding area!! Also we can organize fishing , and also every morning on this beach the longboat comes, brings fish which you then see on bringing in in Odessa !!!
