Summer house ‘Het Hoeverhuisje’ is located in Egmond aan den Hoef, a village between dune and sea from where you can visit both nature and culture. The cozy, renovated summer house is located behind the owner's house. It has its own private entrance and a small yard with garden seat. The kitchen, living and bathroom are downstairs, the bedroom with wardrobe and dresser is upstairs. Which is also very nice; in Egmond aan den Hoef is free parking and you will always find a parking space for your car...!

Energy-neutrally cozy vacation

Wooden cottage, built in-house in 2020. Mostly with recycled material. There are no less than 20 solar panels on the cottage! The beams and the cams stayed in view, which gives a spatial effect. A stable window from the farm where Karin was born has been incorporated into the ridge. The old yellow vowels from that farm form the terrace, along with the ceilings from the basement. As a surprise, manly love for Karin made a heart in the terrace! All in all a nice place to spend time

Enjoy from the beginning to the end of a new cottage in industrial style with a garden room and a 5-person jacuzzi that you can use unlimited. There are large bath towels and bathrobes ready. Writer's cottage/ cottage 'Little Hemingway' is ideal for lazy reading holidays. Our cottage has enough books in the closet! There is also an opportunity to write. If you don't want all this, enjoy the peace, the sea and the dunes in our picturesque Egmond. Our cottage is small but very warm and cosy, and has a ditto attic. 3 min walk from the beach. Note : from 1 July to 1 September, the cottage can only be booked per week, from Saturday to Friday/Sat.

COZY summer cottage, located on a quiet street 10 minutes' walk from the beach. Dunes, forest and cozy center around the corner. Parking included. Layout: living room with kitchen, TV. Double bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. New bathroom completed in December 2022. In the corridor another folding bed, which gives access to the south-facing patio with table and chairs.
