The casa is a charming two bedroom colonial home in the heart of Santa Lucia, less then a block to the famous Santa Lucia Park, where you will find some of the best restaurants and bars in Merida. We are walking distance to all the major sights, Plaza, markets, art galleries and museums. *** Due to the temporary need for social distancing, the city has now added new bus stops around the city’s center. One of them is outside the house. This has not been a problem so far but something to consider.

Our location is ideal as we are 900 meters from the promenade and 1.3 km from the historic center. Even better if you come with the intention of saving $, it helps a lot that a few steps away you will find two supermarkets. Located right on the beach, this home has been renovated and decorated to be a relaxing paradise. The bedroom balconies face the water and have beautiful views! Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, new mattresses and pillows, flatscreen TV and A/C. A separate laundry room has a new washer and dryer and the spacious kitchen has all new appliances. There is whole house WIFI and cable TV which includes HBO. The home is in walking distance to restaurants and markets.
