This is a lovely, very spacious loft room, with en-suite. There is a TV, desk area, WiFi, tea + coffee facilities, fridge/ microwave, along with continental breakfast. Ideally situated in a quiet village, 3 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport, and 9 miles from Leeds City Centre, Harrogate and Ilkley. A list of local restaurants etc and there is a pub in the village.We are on a major bus route and Horsforth train station is 4 miles away. We are always around if you need anything - just ask!

My home is a delightful 1930s semi-detached property over looking the river Ouse. The house has a large kitchen dinner and a garden terrace. There are 2 double rooms with a shared bathroom and 1 en-suite double room. York has something for everyone, the race course is a 10 minute walk, the city centre is a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the river. A lovely park with a children's play area and tennis courts is a few minutes away. Cafes restaurants and a good wine bar are 5 minutes away.

A welcoming double room in my two bed apartment. The room is bright clean and fresh looking out on the garden. The room complete with ample storage space, a comfortable double bed topped with feather duvet and pillows for a peaceful night sleep. Access to the bathroom with a WC and shower. A 25 minute walk into city centre or if you would rather frequent buses to town or rail station set off from right outside the apartment. If have any other questions don’t hesitate to ask!
