[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984 it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I rent it in order to raise funds for the work. Everything is functional, there is just the floor which is not accessible. Chalet located in a private residence with a large lake ideal for swimming and fishing. Direct access to the lake from the garden. Chalet equipped with wifi very good speed
