Separate entrance, large bedroom and separate family room, kitchen equipped for cooking, W/D, home gym, sauna, sound machine and many more details to make our guests feel at home. Walking distance to shopping, dining, park, and a playground. We live upstairs, when at home, we respect our guests’ privacy, but the suite is below the main level of our home with a separate entrance.

This is a Private Guest Suite for One TRAVELER ONLY with a refreshingly modern decoration inside of my house located upstairs. It features a Private Entrance accessed through my Backyard and a Private Bathroom designed with a relaxing touch of rustic river rock. Enjoy its adorable and highly functional Kitchenette with a coffee bar. It was formerly the fourth room of my home that has been carefully renovated as a Private Studio overlooking a natural woodland spot (one and half acre).

Quiet guesthouse on horsefarm in Hickory Flat

This cottage is the original home we built and lived in when we bought the property. It was our home for 10 years before we built the larger main house for our growing family which is located in front of the guesthouse. This farm has been our home for 30 years. So if you love a “home environment” and not the hotel experience for your stay this peaceful horse farm with nature all around could be just the right choice. The farm is convenient to Canton, Woodstock and Alpharetta.

Located on Lake Allatoona. The Carriage House borders Corp of Engineers property. Take a 1 minute walk down a path to my dock. Fish, swim, kayak or bring a small boat. Lake Point Sports Complex is a convenient 20 minutes away. Visiting athletes will find the commute to Lake Point Sports pleasant through back roads. After a long day on the fields the quiet setting will provide much needed peace and quiet. Winter is peaceful with lovely light. Very private and quiet wooded setting.

Hello! This is your host Betsy, Quiet comfortable home with all your necessities. Very Quiet rural area E. Woodstock/Milton We accommodate 6 guests visiting family, attending Weddings, our baseball traveling league ,tournaments etc… We are 1.8 miles from Little River Farms Wedding Venue. We have a smart tv in each room with Wi-Fi. Pet friendly must register along with each guest. Fenced in backyard. As well as a fenced in back porch. No Parties small gatherings are fine.

Very close to Historic Woodstock, restaurants and shopping. Easy interstate access. We are 40 min from Downtown Atlanta, 15 min from Lakepoint Sports Complex, great for baseball families, an easy drive to Lake Allatoona, and toTruist Park, home of Atlanta Braves. You’ll love our place because of a quiet, separate entry to a spacious apartment, and high deck with a view. Our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Welcome cute little Mocha, our new baby goat kid born March 28th! Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). We currently have 3 adult goats and one goat kid (born March 28th).
