Our vacation home is close to the beach, 300 meters away. It is a detached and sunny house with a spacious garden all around. Ideal when you want a beach vacation with small children or are looking for the tranquility of nature with a few friends! In the off-season wonderful beach walks, in the summer a fantastic and safe swimming beach. Close to the storm surge barrier and the Oosterschelde. Ideal for cycling! Veerse Meer is on the other side of the dike, with ample opportunity for water sports.

The detached holiday house is located in a park in the dunes, right on the North Sea. The large garden is located on a small lake and invites you to barbecue on the large outdoor barbecue. The house is painted in gray and white tones and equipped with numerous works of art. Whether summer or winter, it's totally cozy. It offers an open fireplace in the living area and two terraces plus barbecue and bollard wagons in the large garden. The swimming pool in the park can be used free of charge.

From August 2020 we opened the doors of this new holiday home. The house is located very centrally on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is located in a unique place with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The downstairs floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy seating area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, make-up beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Completely renovated luxury guest suite with breakfast

In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! Detached holiday home by the water.

Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the waterfront with a 13 meter long dock for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). In a few minutes, you'll be sailing to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) or the North Sea beach (20 min.). Also cozy towns in Zeeland are not too far away. The popular tourist city of Rotterdam is only 25 minutes by car.
