The space is sheltered by our majestic lemon-scented ghost gum, which hosts a variety of birdlife, that you can watch from your own private deck. Design Award winning sustainable, healthy, solar passive home made from natural materials including hempcrete. Relaxed, easy living in this open plan, light and airy home. Three bedrooms in two separate wings, each with own bathroom. Private outdoor space, and two decks and with outdoor eating area. Close to shops, beaches, lake and river. 2 min drive, 5 min cycle or 15 min walk to beaches. 5 min walk to shops. Child, youth and adult bicycles and canoe available for guest use. Bike path nearby.

Riverview Retreat

Our studio is situated below our home. It is suitable for two people. We are close to the river, Kiama Golf Club and beach. We are also close to the shops and railway station. We are situated in a bushland setting and on a rare occasion there maybe a snake sunning themselves. There is a moderate to steep concrete pathway to the unit.If you have mobility problems, it probably wouldn't be suitable for you. There are sensor lights for the path. If you need to use the sofa bed, please let me know.

Position Position Position!!! Kiama Aspect on Jones Beach is a wonderful beach front, property with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, it has panoramic ocean views. 100 metres from the beach. My husband says, "If you are holidaying at the beach - you must be able to see the water & not just a glimpse". Comfy King Coil mattresses- All bedding, towels, hand towels and bathmats provided. Privacy block out blinds, reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating NBN with free in house WI-FI. No Pets.

"It's your cozy home away from home". It is in close proximity to Warilla Grove & Stockland Shellharbour shopping centres, Shellharbour Village, clubs & cafes.

It has been recently refurbished incorporating an open plan and a spacious deck over the water. You have sole access to the accommodation, deck and BBQ. It is a place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Picture yourself sitting on the deck enjoying a drink or a meal while listening to the birds overhead, or watching the boats as the sun sets.
