Great little cottage with a "Rivah" view

Welcome to our little slice of paradise on the Yecomoco river. This off the beaten path location has easy access into the Potomac for Rockfish or a little further into the Bay itself. Our dock can be used to swim, fish, crab or just relax and enjoy. A nice little marina is conveniently located nearby to put your boat into the river. Come and enjoy "Rivah" life at its finest. Unwind relax and enjoy. But if you do need to do a little work while you are here, we do have hi speed internet.

River + Beach Front Cottage 4 BR ADA Northern Neck

Captain Davis Cottage a privately owned river cottage located in Sandy Point, VA. Close to where the Potomac River meets the Chesapeake Bay, the cottage has a large beach and private pier. New construction, modern amenities and craftsman touches by the owner. Rental includes main cottage (3 BR, 2 bath) and guest cottage (1 BR, 0 bath). ADA Friendly. Memorial Day + Labor Day weekends are 3 day minimums, in between those two weekends (summer) we rent Friday to Friday for a 7 night rental.

River view dog friendly YOLO Beach House

YOLO Beach House has a gorgeous sunrise view only one block to the river & blocks to the beach. Fenced yard excellent for children & dogs (dog door to back yard). Recently updated. Walking distance to Dockside, Castlewood park & the boat landing. Beach is pet friendly Oct to Mar only. The house & property are no smoking. Home has a whole home backup generator that does a self-check on Monday morning. It will start automatically if power is lost. We hope you enjoy YOLO as much as we do!

The Garden Cottage is a cozy guest cottage located just one block from the sandy beaches of the Potomac River. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath downstairs and 1 small half bath upstairs, central heat and air, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, enclosed porch/sun room, washer/dryer, TV, Ms. Pac-Man arcade, charcoal grill, and firepit. The cottage has river views from the property and a sandy beach at the end of the block. The cottage can accommodate up to 6 comfortably.
