Relax with family, friends, or enjoy a solo retreat at this peaceful place to stay in the country. Chestnut House was built in the early 1940s, with Wormy Chestnut wood everywhere! It is a unique home, with an apartment built over a garage / wood working shop.. then connected to the main house later. This space available to rent is separate and fully functional from the main house where we live. Enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living area.. along with the large outdoors!

Circa 1902, the Cottage is nestled at the foot of the Blueridge Mountains. The location will put you in touch with the history of the area, antique shops, wineries/breweries and nearby hiking. 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs; living room, dining table and full kitchen on main level (note ceilings in living/dining room are 6'3"). Wifi, fire pit and small charcoal grill. Absolutely no pets/animals. The property has video security system on the exterior of the property only.

This is a complete renovated old farm house with 2 bedrooms a den and 2 & 1/2 bath on a 53 acres of breath taking property with 2 ponds. Many activities like trails, fishing (catch and release), boating, target shooting as well as bow & arrow, feeding fishes, playing games like corn hole, badminton, etc. There is always something to do at the farm, just sit around the fire pits or the ponds and enjoy the beauties nature offers and forget about the outside noise.
