Modern kitchen, open plan living & dining room, 2 main bedrooms (very comfortable beds) and 3rd bedroom & two new modern bathrooms both with toilets, plus 3rd toilet. Ideal for couples & families. BBQ, & outdoor hot and cold shower. Fully equipped cook's kitchen, with everything you need. PET FRIENDLY, big enclosed backyard. Outdoor games, board games, bikes, tree swing, 3km walk to jetty, supermarket & liquor store, 150m walk. NOT LEAVERS SORRY

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. There’s ample parking for a few vehicles and a boat. A lovely quiet neighbourhood with protected outdoor entertaining area. Modern home with all the amenities, kitchenware, cookware and bbq. Large comfortable bedrooms, modern luxury bathrooms, large lounge room and a designer kitchen. Out door area is protected and has a very peaceful outlook, great entertainment area to have a bbq and relax. Porta cot/ high chair available on request.

Lovely area consisting of 4 rooms. A queen b/r , lounge with fold out bed ( extra $20/night), bathroom & kitchen. Perfect for couples or singles, this fabulous apartment is located right in Claremont! Enjoy all the benefits that come from being so close to Claremont. Getting around is easy, with public transport on the doorstep. The use of space, decor & furnishings combine for a cosy yet still light feel. The cute little deck will lure you out for a morning cuppa. Enjoy the birds and trees.
