Cozy luxuriously furnished apartment with frontal sea view from the 1st floor (incl. basement storage). Located a few meters from the shopping street. Bedroom 1 has a double box spring bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 bunk bed (possibility to add a folding bed; 3 sleeping places). In the living room there is a sofa bed. The apartment has been recently renovated (June 2017). New kitchen with dishwasher, combi-oven, senseo, wifi, nice walk-in shower and washbasin,... Newly painted! Not to be missed!

Authentic apartment in the heart of Ostend

Experience the grandeur of Ostend by staying in one of the most beautiful apartments of the interwar period. The residence is the most beautiful example of modernist architecture of the late 1930s. Residence Marie-José is located in the most iconic location of Ostend, right opposite the famous Hotel Du Parc and a few steps from the sea. The iconic corner building from 1939 is a protected monument in exceptionally good condition, which still appeals to the imagination.

Sun, sea and dunes! Spacious studio with frontal sea view, 1st floor residence Artan, Oostduinkerke-Bad. Double bed with premium mattress, 1 sofa bed, a relax chair, a dinner table with 4 chairs. Bathroom with spacious shower. Kitchen with cooking hob, fridge, free Nespresso coffee and tea. Wi-Fi. Spacious indoor pool. The dike is about fifty meters from the studio. The studio is situated on the coastline of Raversijde. The view of the sea and the beach - with a 6m wide glass part - is unique from the 6th floor. You look at both the North Sea and the polder landscape. Already from the afternoon the sun shines on the terrace in good weather. The completely renovated studio with open kitchen - including electro - appliances and sleeping accommodation is practical and cozily furnished to enjoy.
