Newly Renovated Apartment Full of Art and Style

Stay in a showpiece of modern design before heading out to explore ancient Athens. The apartment was renovated by the family construction business and comes equipped with a professional sound system, Smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony. **VERY FAST INTERNET CONNECTION** NETFLIX PROVIDED DUE TO COVID-19 ALL APARTMENTS WILL BE THOROUGHLY CLEANED WITH ALCOHOL CLEANING MATERIALS, ALL CLEANING PERSONNEL WILL WEAR GLOVES AND MASKS AND THE APARTMENTS WILL BE ALSO VENTILATED AFTER CHECK OUT. The apartment where you are about to stay is brand new and fully renovated (74 square meters) with highest standards by our family construction company (Clever Constructions Co) and by the well-known architect Dimitris Moschos. It is located on the first floor and can be accessed by it’s elevator. A great house is more likely to provide a great experience; and that's what we aim for, especially when it comes to our holidays! Thus, no expenses have been spared in the materials and quality of work of our renovations, in order to ensure the exclusivity of our apartments; As you can see from the photos the flat is extremely luxury. There are hidden lightings everywhere in order to ensure a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere in the place. The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and last an extremely spacious bathroom with amazing lightings. All mattresses are anatomical to offer a relaxing and a comfortable sleep to all guests. There is also an electrical heater radiator in the bathroom for having your towels hanged. The flat is ideal for up to 5 guests due to the two independently bedrooms. At the living room there is a big couch (purple) that can be also used as a bed for the 5th guest. It is equipped with all necessary and luxury amenities such us a professional cooling and heating system (central heating and cooling for the entire place-all rooms have the ability to control independantly the temperature - a total of 42.000 btu). Extremely quiet when it is turned on. You will also find USB plugs everywhere to charge your electrical devices and an HDMI plug to connect your laptop with the 45' TV. The internet connection is very fast and reliable in order to stream movies and watch youtube. There is also provided Netflix to all guests (logged in with my account) in case they want to stay in and relax by watching series or movies. Moreover, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry (washer), microwave, oven with kitchen hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, 3 televisions, one 45' inch in the living room and two more 32' inch, one in each bedroom. All televisions are SMART technology so that you can plug your usb device to watch movies, listen to music or even watch Netflix-Youtube!. There is also a professional sound system (CD-DVD player) with 4 speakers fitted in the ceiling for perfect sounding at the living room, with external port available also to connect your device (iphone etc). You will also find speakers on the ceiling in each bedroom in order to connect your phone (via bluetooth) to listen to your own music while relaxing and last but not least 1 beautiful balcony with a sitting area where you can drink your coffee or have lunch, all necessities guaranteed to enhance your visit to Athens. The building is extremely quiet and it is located in a discreet neighborhood. The apartment is fully furnished, with two double king size beds (1.60m. width, 2.00 m. length.) one in each bedroom and a couch bed (purple) in the living room (2,60 length x0,90 width) . A fully equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, kitchen hobs standard cooking equipment, cutlery, Nespresso coffee and filter machine, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. At the kitchen you will also find a small planter box. It is air-conditioned by a professional cooling-heating system (total of 42.000 BTU), airy, with plenty of sunlight flowing in. Furthermore, the front balcony provides seating (ideal for a peaceful breakfast right next to the flowers and the Acropolis) The living room is spacious and cozy, with soft lighting providing a relaxed environment. In addition, hidden lighting creates an atmospheric twist in both bedrooms the living room and the toilet. Also included are the following: hairdryer, iron w/ ironing bed, laundry washer w/ drying loft, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, security alarm, security door, and plenty of storage space (closets). There is also a safe box in every bedroom so that you can lock your important belongings such us passports etc. Upon request for families with small children a Crib is Available (upon request) and a Baby chair also (upon request) can be provided without any extra charge. -Free Wifi Internet access is provided to all guests. -Recommendation leaflets and subway maps will be also available for you. Guests will have 24 hour access to any assistance needed by phone; also further guidance and services can be provided upon request. I will always be there to welcome you upon arrival and say goodbye upon check out in order to show you the apartment and give you the keys. -Transportation can be arranged from and to the airport and of course whenever it is asked! The apartment is also accessible by the Metro . -The Acropolis is 12 mins. away, by foot; (1000 m. away), and the Acropolis Museum is just a few minutes away (10 minutes), so is the Acropolis Metro station; the nearest Metro station (Fix) is 600m. away (7 min. walk). -Basic facilities such as supermarkets, pharmacy, police station, grocery stores are in the direct vicinity of the apartment; an informational leaflet with all exact locations and maps will be provided upon your arrival. Furthermore, a wide variety of popular and highly praised Greek restaurants and pastry shops can be found nearby. -Most Athens centre nightlife hotspots (such as Plaka, Thisseion, Monastiraki, Psyri, Gkazi and Kolonaki) can be directly reached by foot, Metro or bus-trolley. -There's also a Tram station some blocks away (no more than 7 minutes), which can transfer you to the southern suburbs of Athens, such as Glyfada and Voula, right next to the sea; ideal for short and easy swimming routes or even at Piraeus Port to take the ferry and travel to our beautiful islands. -Bus -Metro -Tram -Trolley -Taxi Everything! The apartment is in the Koukaki neighborhood, a lovely place to live in Athens. It's close to the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, Modern Art Museum, Plaka Square, Syntagma Square, Kalimarmaro Stadium, and many other historical attractions. The best way to get to the apartment is either by metro or taxi. Syngrou fix metro station is located only a 6 minute walk from the apartment. Upscaled Loft in Historic Center with sunny patio

Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. But I prefer to respect your privacy so I let you know to contact me (sms, mail, phone) if you have any request or concerns. Also there is available a unique guide with various info’s and many tips for the city in order to facilitate you to self-manage your needs and discover the “genius loci” of the place. The apartment lies in the neighborhood of Psiri, one of the oldest districts of Athens around the rock of Acropolis. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay. Also I m a young mom and I can share with other moms many facilities for feeding, sleeping or creative play for newborns and kids.

A modern chic studio apartment with a cosy feel to it, located in the center of a trendy and urban neighborhood in the heart of downtown Athens. Perfect for a couple, a small family or a group of friends, the Little House on the Rooftop is ready to accommodate all of your needs. It is fully equiped with new appliances and a new kitchen, unlimited wifi, a smart TV(32in), airconditioning, and a very spacious double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. Everything you could ever need for your perfect holiday. The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Exarcheia, which is known for its nightlife with many bars and pubs everywhere and its bohemic and artistic atmosphere. The "little house" is very close to the historical and touristic center of Athens, only a 15 min walk ( with a lot of sights in between) to Monastiraki square, the real center of touristic attraction. But , if you're not keen about walking, the closest metro station (Panepistimio) is only seven minutes from the house and can connect you to everywhere you could possibly want to go. Near Panepistimio are the stops Syntagma (1 stop), Akropoli (2 stops) and Monastiraki (2 stops, 1 change of lines). With a charge of 20 euros( the equivalent of the subway fair for 2 people),and after arrangement, I am availiable to pick you up from the airport upon your arrival and drive you to the apartment if you wish. Guests have access to the entire studio. After communication I will meet you to escort you to the apartment and give you the necessary information you need regarding transportation, the best tourist locations and to answer any of your questions. From then on, I will be availiable via phone, viber or w-app to help you with anything you need. The apartment is in the neighborhood of Exarcheia, known for its nightlife and bohemian atmosphere. It's close to the historical and touristic center of Athens, and is a 15-minute walk to Monastiraki Square.

Athens Capital Loft One to The Archaeological Museum

My house is newly renovated (2018) and decorated in a stylish manner. Located on the 6th floor with amazing view, it can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms (both of them have Satellite 32’’ LCD TVs), fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and espresso machine etc. The bathroom is nice and comfy with shower and amenities. You can relax in the overlooking lounge or in its private balcony. The entire apartment is avalaible for the guests. Close to the house you can find all kind of restaurants, bars, super markets and coffee shops. We personally welcome you and guide you throughout the house, giving you all the necessary help. We are at your disposal for any other information you need, places to visit or things to do during your stay in Athens! The apartment is right next door to the National Technical University of Athens. The National Archaeological Museum is a few steps away, and all of the city's popular historical sights are within easy reach. - Very close to Omonia Square where you will find a Metro station (200m.) - Once you exit the building, you will easy find public transportation in Patission str. (buses and trolley) that will take you in almost all of Attica's destinations. - Taxis on the streets available 24/7 The 80m2 apt (located on the 6th floor), is brand new inside (renovated in 2018). It has 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds) and both bedrooms have a Satellite 32’’ LCD TV. The apartment has a nice, fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom with shower, a separate lounge with double sofa bed, balcony and a Satellite 42’’ LCD TV and it can accommodate up to 6 people.

A Designer's home, this one bedroom, open plan, split level Loft is situated in the neighborhood of Plaka. Whether you come to Athens for leisure or business, this loft can make a real difference and highlight your time in Greece. The main advantage of my place is the location.
