The studio apartment for 2 people with balcony on the 1st floor offers everything you need for a relaxing break. It is located directly opposite the spa park with the melting pond. The apartment has recently been renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls and solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the noise of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows the apartment offers a fantastic view of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. On request: booking for 1 night possible with additional Cleaning and energy package.

Beautifully located holiday apartment right on the waterfront. Our lovingly furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house renovated in 2017 in Guxhagen. To the house belongs a plot on the Fulda with boat dock, this is opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 bike path. Before the construction of the Fuldabrücke, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available for our guests.

Own guesthouse with view over the river

A small house, residential medicine developed. In the living area there is the double bed on a gallery with a view over the Werra to Sooden and the mountains. The sofa bed, a small kitchenette and a dining area are so well matched that the entire living space looks large and inviting. The terrace is beautiful and with a view on the Werrawehr. It is a paradise for joyful relaxation. Next door is currently opening a clown school and a small café.

Modern guesthouse "Seenah" and close to the city

The annex building was completely expanded in 2019. It has become a real gem and we are happy to offer this modern guest apartment in a 1a location. In the immediate vicinity is the bathing lake at the leisure center, but also the Werratalsee is only a walk away. On the way there is an EDEKA supermarket. And the city center of Eschwege can also be reached on foot in 25 minutes. Around Grebendorf there are numerous hiking and biking trails.

Our bright 70sqm apartment with balcony and lake view is comfortable and modern for 2 people. From the balcony you have a direct view of "Das Auge des Eichsfelds", the Seeburger See, which you can also reach on foot in a few minutes. Mini golf, tennis and other leisure activities are in very close proximity to our apartment. The Seeburg gastronomy is also quickly reached for brunch, lunch or dinner.

Historic timber-framed house

The guest apartment is on the ground floor of a listed half-timbered house, the former Obermühle in Kaufungen. The house is quietly located in the old town center on the river "Losse" , directly on the hiking trails of the Kaufunger Waldes and below the collegiate church. It is a 5 minute walk to the shops and practices of the town center, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the tram.
