Luxury Suite Enjoying Spectacular Sea Views and Sunsets

We have an array of things to do with local cafes, fishing club, kayaking, paddle boarding, golf and tennis clubs, and great walks all on our doorstep. Want to do a day trip to the Wairarapa region we can help. The apartment is totally self contained and has its own private access. It also enjoys its own deck, luxury bathroom and kitchen. A king sized bed is the icing on the cake. We can provide meals as required. We can help you with any travel planning throughout New Zealand - and arrange your itinerary. We can take you on day trips to our local wine region if desired and drop off and pick you up from the central city of tequired. Nothing is too much trouble. If you would like a picnic packed we can do that too. Set in a modest seaside village outside of Wellington, the property is a short walk or drive away from a number of cafes, pubs, and acclaimed fish and chips spots. The beach is just steps away. We are a 25 minute train ride to central Wellington or the kapiti coast. We have kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, paddle board available.

South Coast Secret - Amazing views near Red Rocks

Looking for something special on the edge of Wellington? This place is the best of both worlds, close enough to the airport and city, and within the nature reserve at the red rocks. A short stroll to the Coffee cart in the Red Rocks car park, or some excellent hiking tracks for the more adventurous. Unlimited fibre internet and access to Netflix via Vodafone tv. There are not many places in Wellington with a 270 degree view of the Ocean, please check out the guest feedback for more info.

Deck with stunning Evans Bay backdrop. 10 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes walk to two beaches, 25 minutes walk around iconic Oriental Bay to the city or 5 minutes on the No 14 bus. 25 minutes walk up Mount Victoria for 360 degree views of Wellington. Self-contained garden escape close to CBD

Above the Botanic Gardens our quiet and spacious, character-filled apartment is just a 5 minute drive (25 minute walk for the fit) down to the CBD. The bus service is close and street parking is plentiful and free. Our street has spectacular views of the city and a park opposite with tennis courts. We welcome you with complimentary teas and breakfast supplies. Easy access and extra beds are available for families - and yes, we are family-friendly and can arrange bedding to suit your needs.
