This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. THE POOL CAN BE HEATED. THE PROPERTY IS PET FRIENDLY - OTHER PETS MAY BE PRESENT. There is also a newly installed outdoor hut tub for guests to reserve.

View the stars as you are away from the city lights. Close to BSW Hospital-Waxahachie. Located 30 minutes to downtown Dallas, Ft. Worth, Arlington, and to most tourist attractions. Feed our two miniature horses. Carrots furnished ! Disinfecting was always part of our cleaning program and meets CDC Guidelines.

"Very Cute & Clean 640 sqft Country Cottage sitting on 1/2 acre of land that also includes a BONUS room with a desk and a elliptical. We tried to think of everything you might need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, including a stocked kitchen with all that you might need to prepare a meal, a comfy queen size bed, and a walk-in closet containing plenty of room for your things. Bathroom has a hairdryer, plenty of towels, and starter toilet paper. We have WIFI and smart TV's.
