In the afternoon, take the kids across the street to the incredible Blowing Rock Elementary playground. A small but inviting front yard is surrounded by a hedge for privacy. Top of the lake. Unbelievable view. Private.

This house has an absolutely amazing view, it really has to be seen to be believed. The house is private on a ridge, no neighbors nearby. It is totally peaceful. The house has just been furnished with new furniture and several updates including a recently renovated Kitchen. The top floor has a wood burning fireplace, bay window to enjoy the view and 2 bedrooms. The downstairs has a gas fireplace, a bar, piano and a 3rd bedroom. Both floors have full bathrooms. No pets allowed at this time.

This home is 10 minutes from Grandfather mountain, and convenient to Sugar Mountain/Banner Elk, Boone and Blowing Rock. If you enjoy the quiet, peaceful serenity of the mountains this is the house for you. Please note there is a 1/4 mile steep decent on an unpaved road to our house and a 4WD or AWD vehicle is required December through February.
