For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with one large kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, one separate toilet and four bedrooms over three floors. Enjoy peace & nature in Tamins

Newly renovated Grisons house in the quiet village center of Tamins. Starting point for numerous outdoor activities: in the warm season, hiking and biking (the best trails start right outside the front door), skiing or snowboarding or cross-country skiing in winter. Flims/Laax is only 10 km from Tamins and can probably be reached in a few minutes by car and public transport. The cantonal capital of Chur is a few minutes' walk away. It has 3 floors and 5 rooms.
