After a few years hiatus, raising our almost 1 year old son, we're back Our little sleepout is perfect for a quick get away to raglan. Own enterance, share driveway (steep) with us as access. Guests to park on the road. No off street parking Queen bed, wifi & netflix tv (own login req.) 8 minute walk to town, 2 minute walk to the wharf. 10min drive to the points Two big dogs, who will want to say hello! Also 2 chooks living in backyard below, they will let you know when they've laid an egg!

Off street parking with room to park your boat too. 5 min walk to harbour for swimming , to the beach side park, or cafes and restaurants in town. 10 min drive to world renown surf break and ocean beach.

A place to relax and get away from it all, nearby Nikau Caves and Cafe, Port Waikato surf beach and Harkers Resrve for Bush Walks ,We now have aircon and wifi. We do have a couple of dogs who like to greet guests in the morning with a bark but it doesn’t go on for long and not every morning
