The house is very suitable for young families and features a spacious front and back garden (with trampoline). The backyard is south. On the many sunny days, the garden is showered with sunlight. Tzummarum is a village in the Waadhoeke and a great base for trips to, for example, the cities of Franeker (6 km and Star of the Elfsteden), Harlingen (14 km), Leeuwarden (20km), one of the Wadden Islands or the lake area. In the rural area of Tzummarum, near the Wadden Sea, it is wonderful hiking and cycling. The home has a spacious backyard with private jetty for fishing or for a boat.
