Old town romance in Uzedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in Wolgaster Altstadt is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes, and shopping are within walking distance. A free parking space for smaller cars (quite tight, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the house entrance door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking spaces in the old town. The spa train runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

The half-timbered farm was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 5 stylish apartments. It is located in a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, the lake landscape right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the centerpiece and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, grill, play table tennis. In 800m you are at the harbor with swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rent.

Amazing recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modernity and country house charm makes this a great holiday experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European importance: the Peen Valley - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: it takes about 30 minutes by car to reach the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)

The apartment is located in a half-timbered house, which is about 1 minute from the Warener Stadthafen. Since this is a duplex apartment, our guests must enjoy climbing stairs . However, when the last step is done, you will be rewarded by a fantastic terrace with unobstructed views of the Warener Stadthafen. This one is even more beautiful than in the photos ! Right in the center, but relatively quiet.
