Two bedroom flat near the sea

The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. The flat has underfloor heating, but it is not used for bookings less than one week. For shorter bookings there is available a fireplace. With the fireplace the temperature can rise up to 19c, so the flat is not suitable if you want very warm environment.

Located in one of the most beautiful and calming parts of the city this 1st floor apartment with private parking place is ideal for your vacation in the city of Volos. Within 3 minutes walking distance you can enjoy the marvelous sea-strand of Agios Konstantinos, where most of the locals and visitors enjoy their walk. Very close by also are many beautiful cafes and restaurants, near the sea or near the park where children can enjoy playing!
