The cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed. The open plan ground floor has a fireplace, fully equiped kitchen with coffee machiner and dishwasher, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Next to it is the kitchen connected with dining area and convertible sofa. There is a small terrace. Staircase-ladder goes to the upper floor where the double mattress is situated. THE LADDER IS FOR MAX 100 KG. There is also the entrance to the big terrace with a lovely view to the river and Vyšehrad castle. Size 8x2,4 m.
