The apartment is surrounded by the forests of the Bavarian and Bohemian Forest on the edge of a small village. Stylishly renovated, it overlooks Lake Haidmühler, forests and mountains. The valley station of the Hausberg, the Dreisessel, with its alpine pasture is almost right at your doorstep. The nearest places are Jandelsbrunn, Altreichenau, Waldkirchen (25 minutes) and Passau (50 minutes).

From mid/end November to April only accessible by 4-wheel drive! You can expect a unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest. You will have especially a lot of joy as dog owners with us. Your fur lover can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog meadow. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog meadow. In the living area there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening.

Great excursion destinations around the house. Great cottage perfect for child & dog /Altötting

Check-in: Monday to Thursday from 5 pm (depending on occupancy also earlier) Friday to Sunday from 3:30 pm Our cozy accommodation has 65 square meters and is in the center of Neuötting. The town square is within walking distance, the Altötting is 5 minutes away by car or 30 minutes walk away. Munich, Passau, Salzburg and Lake Chiemsee are easily accessible by car. A close excursion destination is the Burghauser Burg, but also day trips for mountain hikes can be planned well from here.

The 4* *** star holiday home in a rare secluded location! Our holiday home contains almost exclusively high-quality branded appliances. The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by a large dining area with a solid wooden table and corner bench. On the upper floor are the bedrooms with a large parent bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet. The slightly smaller children's room with 2 beds(1 bunk bed) or sofa bed can certainly also be used by adults.
