Nice apartment tastefully decorated by @whoTYLE HOME of 38m2 + 6m2 of terrace. 3rd floor with elevator not overlooked. Very quiet, bedroom and living room overlooking SEA and greenery terrace. Very close to the train station and port, a supermarket and other shops, 100m from the Thalasso, the source beach and the beautiful customs path. An ideal place to recharge your batteries in peace but close to everything! Atypical and comfortable apartment located in the very popular area of Gourmalon.

In a green and quiet setting Valérie and Yves welcome you in their house with independent entrance and large terrace located in the countryside on the hiking circuit around the lake of Grand Lieu, 30 minutes from Nantes, 30 minutes from the first beaches, one hour from Puy du Fou, SNCF station 15 minutes. The studio is new and has a private terrace in a very quiet impasse ideal to enjoy the summer evenings. It is very bright, and close to the sea (3 km), close to the salines of Millac, 15' from the safari "wild planet" and 30' from the island of Noirmoutier. Various activities are possible on site ( ping-pong, pétanque, barbecue, possibility on request of loan of equipment for shrimp fishing). The surroundings are ideal for walking and/or biking.
