Great apartment with direct access to the lake & lake view

Our apartment, which was completely renovated in 2020, is located on the 8th floor of the house Landskron with beautiful views over Lake Ossiach. The apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine - fully automatic etc), a living/dining room, a sleeping bunk with bunk bed (bottom 140 cm, top 90 cm wide), a bedroom with double bed (180 cm wide) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Furthermore, the apartment has a loggia of about 14m2 with dining table (extendable) and a (also extendable as a sofa bed) bench. The apartment is located directly (without road in between) on the south shore of Lake Ossiach. In front of the house is a spacious lawn with shallow lake access and jetty. Behind the sunbathing lawn there is a children's playground, a featherball/volleyball net, table tennis, soccer field and three tennis courts.

Summer and winter enjoyment in the midst of the probably most beautiful natural stage Carinthia This apartment with a large loggia is located in an apartment house directly on Lake Ossiach and can accommodate up to 5 people. Included is also a large lawn with direct lake access, 3 sand court tennis courts, table tennis, volleyball, children's play area, stand-up paddling, underground parking. Only residents of the facility can access it. The Gerlitzen valley station is 5 minutes away by car.

Accessible bungalow right on lake B2 (2-6p)

This accessible bungalow is good for families, seniors, handicapped people. Beach and all amenities can be used by all guests of our homes. 3 Bungalows total for up to 20 pers. Also bookable as a group accommodation. No pets are allowed. Bed linen, kitchen towels, towels are provided. You must bring your own beach towels. Washing machine not in bungalows but can be used on request for a fee. Deposit €250 euros is required by destruction.

With direct view onto Lake Faak you find this beautiful and cosy apartment; you will enjoy the view also from the king size bed - getting up is so enjoyable. Relax in the corner bath tub or in the ´sweet` living area. A fully equiped kitchen, seperate toilet and bathroom, washing machine is surely also available. On the balcony you find a big table for up to 4 people and a small Lounge corner - lake view included :-)
