AirCon is in every room. 4 full bathrooms. Private parking is included. There is a bus around the corner and a train station 7 minutes away directly to the center of Barcelona, airport is 10km away.

Beautiful house & garden/ Preciosa casa con jardín

House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

This unique place has a style all its own. Casa Papiolet A romantic village house over 200 years old. Near Barcelona, Taragona and Sitges. 10 mins from beaches and at the foot of the Penedes wine region. The house has 4 bedrooms with aircon (being installed feb 2025) .Two bathrooms upstairs. 1 bathroom downstairs. Sitting room with open fireplace, kitchen fully equipped, garden and terrace, and pool. The house is located in a very centric area. Two to ten minutes walking distance from the beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, discos and train station. Fantástica casa domótica con piscina comunitaria en una zona muy tranquila a 5 minutos caminando de la playa. Ubicación ideal en un pueblo costero a medio camino entre Barcelona y Tarragona. A 15 min en coche de Sitges, a 36 min en coche de Port Aventura y a tan solo 39 km del aeropuerto (30 min en coche). La estación de tren está a 7 min caminando.
