Le bouex, Joli Coeur. Detached house

Within walking distance (about 600 m), the river Le Gartempe, where there are enough places to take a refreshing dip. The cyclist can also get his heart's content. For the mountain biker (possibly available), tour cyclist and recreational cyclist, there are countless possibilities through the woods, along the river or through the landscape. For the hikers among us, the possibilities are available. For the horse riders there is a riding school a few kilometers away. For culture and relaxation nearby I recommend Ivo's guidebook.

Uniquely French Mediaeval Tower (Sleeps 6)

La Tour is a beautifully romantic medieval tower. Built around the 14th century, the tower has thick stone walls with deep windowsills and a massive stone fireplace. The fire can be lit for your arrival and all firewood is provided for your stay. The rustic kitchen overlooks the romantic walled garden with its own firepit, great for fun cooking and toasting marshmallows. The two beautifully decorated bedrooms are each accessed by steep spiral staircases and are not connected. Dogs are welcome.

People love..... sitting on the balcony overlooking their (saltwater, key secured) pool watching the sun rising and setting, toasting marshmallows round their fire pit (not high summer) BBQ, basket ball court, pingpong, wifi, cherry trees in june, grass to play sports, semi shaded courtyard, colourful rooms with upcycled furniture from our local artists, visiting castles and futuroscpe and sitting infront of the woodburners in winter time.

studio near the river.Calm medieval city

Our accommodation overlooks the river .... the hamlet is very quiet and the water calls for relaxation! It is possible to walk directly from the house along the Vienne through a path that leads to a small church on the banks of the river. Possibility of going to Chauvigny on foot or by bike (loans possible) by the paths Presence of a nice cat, a few hens and a rooster ;-) All-inclusive price (towels / sheets)

This stylish tiny house was created with ecological materials to bring in the peace of the surrounding nature. A very luxurious manner of traveling back to basics. Enjoy a shower while being outdoors, or just sit back and enjoy the silence and endless view over the fields and surrounding nature. With some luck, a deer or fox might even come and join you at it.
