Private guesthouse, max 2 guests. It has a queen size bed, bathroom, toilet, AC, walk in wardrobe, roller shutter window, living room, kitchenette and private entrance. Left side of Driveway or street parking. WIFI, TV with Netflix Airport and city are 15-20 mins drive away. 10 mins walk to bus stops and restaurants 5 mins drive to major facilities. linen, towels, blanket, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, well equipped kitchenette No Laundry facilities but we live at the back and happy to help.

This gorgeous, modern, spacious and secure Victoria Park house has everything you need for a weekend away, family holiday or work trip. We are centrally located and are walkable to grocery stores, restaurants and public transport. Perth Stadium and Casino are nearby. We provide nice and comfy beds in all bedrooms. We also provide a secure indoor garage of 1 carport (for a smallish car). A LandCruiser can be parked in front of the garage next to the unit. A large ute i.e. RAM will not fit

Relax in this cosy house located in sunny Victoria Park equipped with spa, dishwasher and other essentials. 60 m to bus stop. 450 m to Albany Hwy shopping and dining strip. 700 m to train station. 3.1 km to city free bus. 2.5 km to peaceful Heirisson Island (Kangaroos). 2.6 km to Crown Casino. 3.5 km to WACA. If you're lucky you can spot dolphins on the Swan River less than 2.5km away. Can accommodate 4 persons comfortably with extra 2 persons can use the sofa bed if needed.
