Fully furnished garage loft (32 sqm) is rented out at Kvannes in Høvåg. The property is idyllically located close to the sea. Bathing and fishing spots, hiking areas etc are only a few minutes walk away. Blindleia is 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage loft has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living area with dining table/chairs. In the living room there is a Hemnes daybed with good mattresses (2 sleeping places). Max 6 people.

One bedroom on the second floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. 2 bedrooms have family bunk beds downstairs and 90cm up The last bedroom has a regular double bed. Dining room with room for 12 persons. Heating with heating cables in the floor, heat pump and wood stove. Wireless network (fiber) and the National TV package is provided. Apple TV both in the living room and in the family room on the second floor.

Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Intet party-sted. Landlig nær skog. Badeplasser og butikker i kjøreavstand. Apartment. Living room/kitchen + bathroom + 3 bedrooms ( 2nd floor ). Quiet location. About 15 min drive to zoo ("Dyreparken"), downtown , airport and ferries. Nice place for couples, friends and families. Not for parties.

Great apartment for a family of four looking for a comfortable stay in Kristiansand. The apartment is recently renovated and has a modern decor that meets all the needs for a comfortable stay. Free parking in your own space, proximity to popular attractions such as the Zoo, the city center, the beach and hiking trails, as well as a short distance to the shop make the location perfect. Quiet neighborhood provides a good night sleep, and there is also good bus connections close by.

Downtown in Vennesla

Here is everything you need: bed linen, towel, cups and tubs, right near a lot, 30 min to Kr.sand and the zoo, hiking terrain and swimming opportunities. Central area, short distance to shops. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an undisturbed little south-facing terrace. If you want adrenaline rush, it is about 40 min drive to rafting and climbing park on Evje, 25 minutes to knit jump in the gorge on Øvrebø, 25 min to southern idyll at Fiskebrygga in Kr. Sand.

The apartment is nicely located in nature. Brochure in the apartment with maps of great accrued paths to top walks in the down environment . The apartment is located on a bed river with good baths and the fishing possibility. It's a great place for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), big groups. Short distance to the zoo in Kristiansand, the summer town of Lillesand and 15 min to cross-country ski slopes with several lengths during the ski season.

Vil du ha et hyggelig sted å bo mens dere besøker Dyreparken, Aquarama, Kunstsilo eller har andre planer i Kristiansand? Et hyggelig hus i Kristiansand med 5/6 soverom er ledig for utleie. Huset er fullt utstyrt og har alt du trenger for et fint opphold. Svært sentralt, men samtidig privat og rolig. Et flott sted for en eller to familier! Vi har akkurat begynt å leie ut huset, så har ikke mange anmeldelser. Men sjekk gjerne anmeldelser for hytta vår.

Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av Fantastic sea view Nice økologic wooden massive house In the middle of the nature but still close to town . Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende, familier (med barn) og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).
