Relax in this quiet home right by the river Ljungan with its own jetty. Lake view from all rooms. High standard, newly renovated inside. The main building is about 65m2 with open floor plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house ( built in 2016 ) is 15m2 with double bed/divider bar. Large solar balconies for those of you who want to sunbathe . Or fish (fishing license needed).

Lovely living room with fireplace and dining area overlooking the water. Fresh bathroom where there is shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. Large terrace overlooking the inlet to Skatan, sun all day. Sunbeds. Large glazed section with food furniture. BBQ grill. Own lawn for outdoor play. There are party games, books, and outdoor games.

Welcome to a new fresh accommodation 5 meters from the lake. Relax and enjoy some luxury and fresh air. Double bed at the loft and bed bed 140 cm in basement level. Please keep in mind that the house has an open floor plan between all levels which makes privacy a bit limited. Here you come in the first place to relax and rest up. But if you want to do things, there are many options! Winter is usually very snowy. Hassela Ski Resort is close by car, about 15 minutes. The hot tub closed under -15gr.

Cozy apartment near lake and forest. 1,5 km to gas station, swimminghouse, grocery store, pizzeria, hardware store, bus/train station. Nearby are Sweden's Midpoint, Sweden's longest wooden bridge Vikbron, Getberget slalom slope, Hussborgs Golf-conference facility, Jämtgaveln's nature reserve, Mid Adventure Fun Park. Close to ski and snowmobile trails, bathing area. Fränsta is located in Ljungandalen, an open,scenic area around the river Ljungan. Hunting licenses for small game are available.

Stuga Björn - Quiet cabin at lake Edesjön

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.

Välkommen till detta unika lantliga boende med en mysig och hemtrevlig atmosfär. Platsen ligger naturskönt mitt i vackra Höga Kusten och är en perfekt utgångspunkt för stora och små äventyr och upplevelser. Runt den renoverade stugan finns en stor och vacker trädgård med egna fina uteplatser att njuta på. Boendet har en hall, ett välutrustat pentry, matplats och ett mysigt allrum samt ett sovrum med två sköna sängar. Dusch/toalett finns i närliggande byggnad (50m) precis som i svunnen tid.

Dalabacken offers a simple nature living.

Guest house with small kitchen, stove and fridge, four beds all ready made, bathtowels and small towel for all guest. Outdoor Shower and outhouse, outdoor furniture and barbecue area near and down the lake. Wifi is available. There is a sauna down the lake and a boat included. Sometimes neighbors sharing the bathing place. Firewood is included for sauna and barbecue.

“Holken” by the lake

Relax in this peaceful and cozy lakefront home. The cottage is suitable for two adults and 1-2 children who can sleep in the loft. Access to bath, dock, row boat and BBQ. Great with electric motor, sauna and hot tub can be used as agreed and at separate cost. 9 km to Örnsköldsvik center, 4 km to grocery store, pizzeria, flea market, etc.
