Beautiful house completely renovated. Everything has been redone: facade, roof, terrace, windows, shutters, balcony, outdoor staircase and veranda with foosball, ping pong Jacuzzi table. New kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, induction stove. Shower jets massage. Located in the heart of the city 400m from the Sncf train station, 10 min on foot from the Prorel gondola departure, next to the bus stop and a supermarket. Beautiful garden . Garden furniture. Very nice view.

Come and spend a pleasant stay in this accommodation ideally located at the foot of the slopes in a pretty family resort. Our accommodation is suitable for families, it is a T2 of 28m2 with mezzanine (1 double bed and 2 bunk beds), on the ground floor a convertible sofa, equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and independent toilet. Small balcony with slopes. The resort is open summer and winter, let yourself be charmed by beautiful walks with stunning views of Lake Serre-Ponçon!

Loft à St Laurent

My place is located in a small village in the Champsaur Valley, close to the Parc des Ecrins, the ski resorts and the St Julien body of water. Gap is a 15-minute drive and Lac de Serre-Ponçon 30 minutes. Our house is an old renovated farmhouse surrounded by an enclosed garden that contains children's games (trampoline, swings...). You will appreciate the quietness of the neighborhood. All amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias...) are a 5-minute drive away.

Our apartment is perfect for families who love the mountains. Ideal for the ski season as well as for the summer period. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022. Located in a quiet area of the resort near the Diable chairlift, it has a breathtaking view of the Muzelle. The apartment has a closed bedroom for children, living room with kitchen, mezzanine with double bed, as well as a bathroom, separate toilet, south-facing balcony and outdoor parking.
