The spacious house has on one level 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living-dining area. The house (type Eco Climatico) impresses with its wooden beam construction allowing a great room height, but has no airconditioning. The city center of Alicante and the large sandy beaches of Alicante, San Juan Playa and El Campello can be easily reached by car. .

I have a chalet with a guest house (which is the one rented) with total privacy. You can make use of all the outdoor areas, including the pool. We, the owners, are usually outside of the chalet. It has private parking. It is rented for hours, days, or weeks. 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Area 12 of festivals and concerts , and in a rural area with a lot of tranquility. The possibility of private transport and airport pickup is offered (consult )
