Pretty percheron half-timbered house, renovated from bottom to attic in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping it all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with days in the sun in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in the winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 to 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining area of 50 m2, a small desk with 1 single bed and a large kitchen equipped full of light. The Gite is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside or evenings with music is not allowed. it is located next to another house. there are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I gather for couples. There are 2 more foldable beds in 90/190. Located 5 minutes from the exit of the La Ferté-Bernard highway with these shops and activities, which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.
