Villa with large private pool, 15min from Valencia.

Large villa for rent complete, 900 m² and 320 m² built,distributed over 2 floors with various rooms, terraces and garage. On the ground floor we have 3 double bedrooms and 1 single single bedroom. Full bathroom. Master Chef kitchen integrated with the leisure area through its windows with outdoor dining room. Large dining room with a bright a fireplace, a movie screen, a Netflix Amazon Prime, an outdoor terrace access. On the 2nd floor there is a second living room, double room and full bathroom.

Sunny garden

The sunny garden is located near to Valencia city center, 5 minutes to the comercial center with many supermarkets and restaurants, 30 minutes to the beach of Valencia, 15 minutes to the airport and 20 minutes to the train station by car. There are three bedrooms and one sofa bed can be lived 6 adults and one or tow children with new decoration. The private swimming pool is in the garden with good views, 9m length and 5m width. It’s a very good choice for families and friends to have a vocation.

Huge terrace & gardens, pool + live-in caretaker

30 mins from Valencia, beach & MotoGP track. Very spacious home set in 1 acre of shady gardens. Large, private pool, huge terrace, ample storage for bikes/motorbikes. Possibility of extra bdrm/bth adapted for wheelchairs. You will have exclusive access to all the main floor of the house, while I live in a separate flat in the basement. I will respect your privacy at all times, but will look after the garden & clean the pool during your stay. I am also available 24hrs to help with any problems.

Modern design villa owned and constructed by an architect, carefully designed in every detail. Located in Bétera, 5 minutes walk to the metro station. Plot of land 1600 m2, swimming pool 9x4 m, two patios, area of grass by the pool, mediterranean garden with pines and olive trees. Covered parking for two cars. Surronded by other gardened properties, in an area of protected mansions and historical gardens. The villa is plenty of natural light and wonderful views to the neighboring gardens.
