The apartment is near the town of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 25€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

A landscaped neighborhood of a house for your convenience: a patio with deck chairs and bath tubs in the summer, a porch with heated water for spring and fall days, outdoor seating on a partially covered patio next to a small pond, a barbecue or roast area. Súčasťou štúdia je samostatná kúpeľňa s toaletou. Kuchyňa je vybavená vstavanou chladničkou, indukčnou prenosnou varnou doskou a základným riadom. V kúpeľni sú hosťom k dispozícii uteráky a osušky. Modern house with a nice view. Eco friendly home which produces its own electricity. The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime... Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. Ekologicky, produkujeme vlastnu elektriku, zberame dazdovu vodu, ohrev vody solarom...
